The hotel was in a central location close to the Waikato stadium which we wanted. It was a short walk to Korean Family House, where you can have dinner. We had decent size, recently renovated room complete with a spa bath and new bathroom and comfortable bed.

The location was particularly good and handy, extremely close to Whitiora Bible Church. What's more, it was just next door to indeed the river side cycle path.

The room was a little small.

The staff was lovely friendly, always there to help. The hotel was just next door to centre and activities, the river or indeed the river side cycle path, and the river side cycle path thanks to its particularly good location.

Came with my children, everything was good. The room was an updated bathroom and available with a big bed. The staff were fantastic friendly and extraordinarily friendly and know their duties. The location was central, absolutely perfect close to the stores. An attached restaurant was an advantage.

Location: the hotel was just off supermarket, Hamilton and Centre Place...

The location was good and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Waikato Stadium. Furthermore, close to everything.

The location was central, near to Pub and shops, super market, and supermarket and other shops.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Waikato Stadium. We appreciated attached restaurant. Had a restful stay for 1 night, and would stay again and again.

Thank you guys for a restful stay for 1 night. The rooms are neat with great amenities and 3 bedrooms, for instance and the stuff are pleasant. The location is great and absolutely perfect, 1 mile from an art gallery.

The location was excellent, not too far from Waikato Stadium. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. Recently renovated room, that also was good-sized with a big bed. The room had air conditioner and blinds.

Luxurious spa bath, peaceful sleep, friendly staff, great value, central location.

I arrived very late and it wasnt any problem. Key was where they said it would be and the outside light by door had been left on and bedroom curtains pulled across so room was nice and cosy on entry. Much appreciated by a tired traveller.

A couple of long black hairs in my bath water - I have long blonde hair!

The fact that the room was way down the back of the complex - no road noises. No other noises from neighbours either. A nice change.

Dishes and linen not replaced on two occassions - stayed eight nights.

The location, right by a private residence, makes it feel cozy and intimate. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms, especially those on the first level with updated bathrooms and two beds, are comfortable and fresh.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
